You agree, through your registration at the Forums, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. These are considered serious offenses and appropriate measures will be taken in response to them including, but not limited to, banning you from using the Forums. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate at the Forums.

Trolling and impersonating another person or member of the Forums is a bannable offense. Visit another forum for that.

You may not spam the forum or its members in any way. The member list is intended as a convenient method for Forum members to contact one another. It may NOT be used for harvesting email addresses or any other activity which employs unsolicited communication for business or marketing purposes.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on the Forums. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content which may include, but not be limited to, pictures, links to other forums, information, downloads of programs and/or audio-visual data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented and you agree that you assume the risk and sole responsibility for anything that you download from the Forums including, but not limited to, any message, data, or program (which may include malicious viruses or other harmful programs). The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of Adult Toy Chest. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to conduct whatever due diligence is required to verify (1) the accuracy of any information that is posted on the Forums, and (2) the safety and/or legality of anything that you download from the Forums. Additionally, you agree that Adult Toy Chest is not liable to you in any way for anything that is posted on the Forums, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions related to anything that is posted.

Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator(s) of the Forums immediately. Adult Toy Chest has the right to remove, edit, alter, or delete any post for ANY reason and the decision to do so rests within the sole discretion of Adult Toy Chest. Post removal is a manual process, however, so please realize that it may not be possible to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Adult Toy Chest, and any other websites related to the Forums. Adult Toy Chest also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. Adult Toy Chest advises that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse the Forums. Multiple usernames are discouraged.

After you register and log into the Forums, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information Adult Toy Chest deems inaccurate or vulgar will be removed.

These forums give users two options for changing and modifying information that they provide in their profile:

1. Users can login with their username and password to change any information in their profile.
2. In case of lost password, users can send an e-mail to webmaster@adulttoychest.com.

The waiver by Adult Toy Chest of any breach of any provision of this Agreement by you or any other member of the Forums shall not operate as, or be construed as, a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be valid unless the same is in writing and is signed by the party against which it is sought to be enforced.

This User Agreement contains the entire understanding between you and Adult Toy Chest, and supercedes any and all prior agreements, statements or understandings pertaining to this subject matter. Adult Toy Chest may amend this User Agreement from time to time and you agree to be bound by and subject to any such amended agreement. The Amended Agreement shall be posted on the Forums? registration page ? currently located at url: http://adulttoychest.peekay.com/forum/policy.asp and shall become effective immediately upon its posting at said url.

If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the enforceability of any other portion of this Agreement.

If it becomes necessary for Adult Toy Chest to retain legal counsel to enforce this User Agreement, Adult Toy Chest shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other damages recoverable, all of its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and litigation expenses, if any, including, but not limited to, expert witness fees and court reporter fees, incurred in enforcing this Agreement and in obtaining, enforcing and/or defending any judgment related thereto.

By pressing the "Agree" button, you agree that you, the user, are 18 years of age or over. You are fully responsible for any information or file supplied by this user. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or the owners of these forums. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information which is harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, or violates any laws.
